Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within this period.

Return Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return postage costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
